If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.
Returns must be in new – unused condition in the original packaging and must include all tags and stickers as received on the glasses with packing information in the original shipment. Returns that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted for a refund.
Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Returns made after that date will not be eligible for refund – only for replacement under our LIFETIME WARRANTY policy.
Glasses received in damaged condition must be returned within the 30 Day purchase period for exchange or refund in accordance with the previous requirements. Damaged glasses returned after the 30 Day period may be replaced only according to our LIFETIME WARRANTY policy.
All returns must be packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Glasses damaged during return will not be eligible for refund.
Returns for a refund in amounts of $75.00 or more will be assessed a 20% re-stocking charge.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
